Brand Identity Design and Visual Communication Design
TalentFind, an intelligent automation and communication system tailored for medical and clinical professionals, arose from the frustrations within the current international recruitment market. The goal was clear: design and establish a brand identity for TalentFind while creating compelling visual communication for its AI Knowledge base - TalentFindContextAI and eMedMarketPlace.
To achieve this, the process involved defining the issue, identifying a value position, and establishing a visual direction characterised by bold and simple design principles. This approach aimed to mitigate the challenges faced by medical and clinical professionals during recruitment processes.
Acknowledging the common use of 'Cortex' for AI/Knowledge systems in other companies, TalentFind's directors sought a stylised version of the name, either independently or incorporating a 'brain' or 'head' icon. This desire led to restructuring diagrams to elucidate the system's functionality, resulting in the transformation from 'TF' to 'CortexAI.'
The solution presented was a refined visual language, complete with brand assets for TalentFind and its AI Knowledge base, providing a distinctive and effective identity in the competitive market.
