Since 2003, HCL Workforce Solutions has provided health and social care professionals to both public and private sectors. The recent acquisition solidified its parent group as a leading recruitment organisation.
As the former Lead Designer at HCL, I gained over five years of experience in recruitment through a design-focused strategy. I also delved into understanding how individuals engage with marketing content, offering insights into client and candidate needs.
Brand Strategy: Collaborating with key stakeholders, I unified HCL entities under a cohesive brand identity system. This involved refining sub-brands for specific markets while maintaining consistency and reflecting the brand story, establishing HCL as a leader in health and social care.
Creative Oversight: Managing all design solutions, I handled internal and external communications, including three annual reports, client and candidate brochures, digital ads, white papers, website design, and site takeovers. Photoshoots covered staff, C-suite, candidates, and clients for marketing and publication.
Documentation Control: Implementing control for 500+ interactive PDF forms, I covered training manuals, policies, compliance forms, HR, and legal documents, among others.
