Established in 2014, Social Personnel provides recruitment solutions, focusing on finding suitable roles for candidates. Based in London, the company refreshed its logo and sought brand development for a people-centric identity.

After defining clear objectives, we created a design strategy to maximise creativity for a meaningful brand experience. Our proposal covered print and digital content, including authentic photography of Social Personnel's environment, and supporting marketing materials like welcome packs, brochures, and social media content.

The candid photography conveys the brand's personality and professionalism, amplifying its voice across various channels. Social Personnel emphasises that each placed candidate builds a strong relationship. This result led to a personal representation, showing the brand's story to clients and candidates, and resonating within the recruitment community.
